Verticopolis is a free, browser-native homage to the 1994 classic SimTower. Build a high-rise from the ground up: place offices, condos, shops, restaurants, and hotels, then wire them together with elevators, escalators, and stairs as your population grows. Keep tenants happy by managing congestion, cleanliness, noise, and rent, respond to fires and other events, and climb the star ratings all the way to a 5-star TOWER. Two rule-sets are included: a pixel-faithful Classic mode that mirrors the original, and a Modern mode that adds continuous pricing, variable households, and a deeper economy. No download or account — it plays instantly in any modern browser and installs as a PWA.
