A small group of rebels have revolted against the empire of Lord Shiptaur. The empire has sputtered
into a halt and the navy has been assembled. Lord Shiptaur has sent you, his trusty servant, to
eliminate the threat. Take out the rebels and save the empire from internal destruction.
