Project Eagle is a total conversion mod for GTA: San Andreas, developed by a Team of modders. It's an official continuation of the abandoned S&S Mod. It merges and expands Rockstar's fictional cities — like Liberty City, Vice City, and Los Santos — with brand new, original cities inspired by real U.S. locations.
