Hallowanderband is a Halloween-themed, story-driven rhythm-action adventure game with cartoon-style animation. The game combines exploration and character conversations in a Halloween village with rhythm stages where music, animation, and story progress together.
Ryo-ul is an apprentice reaper stuck behind a desk at the Reaper Department, buried under paperwork instead of chasing her own dreams. When she is sent to Hallowonderland, a monster-filled world preparing for the Halloween Parade, she sees a chance to finally step away from the office and join the parade herself.
To make that dream come true, Ryo-ul sets out to form a marching band with the strange residents of Hallowonderland. As she travels through the village, each encounter brings a new song, a new rhythm stage, and one more performer to the Hallowanderband.
