The player takes on the role of a student who returns to the literature club, but something is... different. different. The lines between dream and reality begin to blur, and strange events unfold throughout the story. Familiar characters exhibit unexpected behavior, memories seem inconsistent and the feeling of being trapped in an endless cycle intensifies.
With its dark aesthetic, distorted artwork and unsettling soundtrack, Hypnopompic plunges you into paranoia and fear of the unknown. As the player progresses, disturbing secrets are revealed, and the only question left is: have you really woken up?
