In Black Veil, you control John Denstoff, an Ashmoor police officer who visits the Veil Corporation to investigate a mysterious fog.
In Ashmoor, a mysterious black mist known as the Black Veil transforms people into violent creatures. Police officer John Denstoff is sent to investigate the disappearance of Veil Corporation employees and discovers that its CEO, Vekroff, plans to spread the infection to profit from selling the cure.
After becoming infected, John teams up with researcher Lidia Winchester to find a cure. In the final confrontation, Vekroff transforms into a monster, but John manages to defeat him and expose the corporation's crimes.
